What Can We Do For You?

PHR Data Warehouse Support: The Data Services staff maintains the PHR data warehouse tables and data element definitions, as well as provides on-going campus PHR Data Warehouse support. This office assists campus users with processing canned WOW reports and provides assistance with ad hoc reports for their office use.

PHR Ad Hoc Reporting Development: The Data Services staff provides ad hoc PHR information to various campus departments and service offices as requested.

PHR WOW Report Development: The Data Services staff is responsible for creating PHR WOW (Warehouse on the Web) reports that can be accessed by campus users. These online reports are provided in a user-friendly format and are intended to assist departments with monitoring and managing their PHR employee and appointment information.

PHR Data Warehouse Training: The Data Services staff offers individual PHR Data Warehouse training to authorized Hyperion (Brio) Client users. This class is intended for Client software users that already possess basic reporting skills and have completed the query tool training conducted by the Office of Data Administration.

PHR WOW (Warehouse on the Web) Training: The Data Services staff, in conjunction with the PHR Service Center, provides on-going PHR WOW training sessions.

UHR Website Maintenance: The Office of Data Services maintains and updates the University Human Resources website.

Mailing Labels: The Data Services Staff provides the data necessary to create printed mailing labels for campus mailings. The campus departments must submit a mailing label request form to this office. Data Services will send a file to the print shop with the requested addresses.
