This PHR WOW Report produces a series of reports that should be used for monitoring funding sources on Appointments and on Salary Additions. After processing finishes you will be taken to the Table of Contents page. From there, you will be able to select from the following report options, sorted by either Appointment Department or Funding Account Number:



• Current Funding Accounts
• Future funding Accounts
• Expiring Funding Accounts Set to Expire on or before a selected date


At the top of the report click on the drop-down box in the Toolbar.

Then you can click on the Results page for the report you are currently viewing. For example, if you are viewing the Base Salary Funding Report, you want to select Base Salary Results. If you are viewing the Salary Additions Funding Report, you want to select Salary Additions Results, etc.

You will then be taken to the results data of the report (not in the report format) and you can export this data into Excel and manipulate anyway you want.

This report can be found in the Appointments Reports folder in the PHR Queries & Reports folder on WOW.
