development. Initiate a campus-wide system of integrated employee development programs
(either centralized or de-centralized, as appropriate for specific services).

- General employee development offerings.
- Management/Executive development training.
- Leadership development training.
- Provide on-site individualized training sessions.
- Program development: curriculum development, instructional systems
design.
- Leadership skills assessment.
- Individual consultation: coaching and counseling, behavior
modification.
- Individual development: portfolio development, external development
opportunities.
- Adult Basic Education: GED and external degree programs; basic
reading, writing, and math skills; English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program
