I-9 and E-Verify System

Federal law requires the verification of identity and employment authorization of all individuals hired for employment in the United States with the Form I-9 and includes citizens and noncitizens.  Additionally, employers with federal contracts or subcontracts that contain the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) E-Verify clause are required to confirm the eligibility of the employee to work in the United States.  The university meets these requirements through the use of I-9 Complete, a web-based application.

I-9 Complete provides a uniform process and secure central repository for documents needed in verification of identity, employment authorization and employment eligibility in the United States.
