Training on Employee Relations Issues (Supervisors and Managers Only)
Staff Relations regularly provides training to university supervisors and managers such as training on the exempt and nonexempt Memoranda of Understanding, discipline, dealing with difficult employees, workplace conflict, as well as other employee relations issues affecting workplace operations such as the application of basic employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA).
